Hello and Welcome to Herts Trauma & Wellbeing Practice (HTWP)
HTWP was founded in 2021 by Terri Nash, an experienced Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, Consultant & Educator with over 12 years experience in the field.
HTWP was born out of a passion to provide specialist trauma based therapies and high quality counselling services to anyone who have been impacted by experiences at any time in their lives, be it personally or professionally.
Our team of therapists provide a range of therapies both online and from our office in Hertford. They have specialisms in Trauma, Maternal mental health, Addiction, Anxiety and Depression. Our session prices vary based on which therapist you choose to see, in the hope that this makes good quality therapy as accessible as possible.
Whilst our specialism is working with Trauma, we provide therapy to anyone who feels they would benefit from a safe space to explore.
